Would you like to take part in the IteCS Testbed?
The ‘Technological Innovation in Healthcare (ITeCS)’ Testbed aims to accelerate the technological development of products or services in the area of Digital Health.
To this end, it is looking for SME companies or start-ups with viable technological ideas and/or products in this field that may or may not be ready for testing (pilots), depending on their Technology Readiness Level (TRL).
Testbed - ITeCS is a strategic cooperation network made up of 36 organisations from different areas of activity that provide SMEs and startups with the necessary conditions for developing, testing and experimenting with their ‘pilots’, with a view to their production and commercialisation.
W4M Digital Solutions is part of the Testbed - ITeCS consortium and, as a technological organisation, has a team dedicated to developing new technological products and services.

Project description:
R&D and innovation are central priorities and essential tools for increasing competitiveness, both nationally and internationally, guaranteeing sustainable economic growth for the company and the creation of skilled jobs.
In this sense, it is essential to implement renewed internal processes for innovation and business R&D that aim to adapt the company to a new nature of innovation, making it more open, more distributed, more based on business network logics, with a view to creating internal value and selecting more results-orientated investments that guide it up the value chain.
W4M's innovation strategy involves the creation of an R&D department dedicated to building effective IoT solutions for smart environments. Identifying the needs and number of highly qualified human resources is crucial to achieving the objectives set.
Objectives:
With this operation, W4M DIGITAL SOLUTIONS intends to strengthen its team so that it can respond to the changes and challenges that are constantly being posed to the company and its promoters, such as the need for innovation, adaptation to the digital age, in a context of guaranteeing better personal and professional satisfaction with productivity gains. The aim of the project is to hire 2 highly qualified HR professionals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (level VII) and at least 5 years' experience in managing innovation and technological development projects, with a view to strengthening internal innovation skills.
